The Wire Reinforcement Institute’s mission is to the concrete
construction industry’s leading source for timely, objective,
credible information on the uses and benefits of Welded Wire Reinforcement
(WWR) and related products.
WRI's priorities in this mission are to:
- Support its members and the industry with educational resources,
engineering expertise and detailed technical applications data.
- Work closely with appropriate government agencies, allied industries,
and organizations to ensure the most accurate, up-to-date codes,
standards, specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Promote the superior performance attributes of structural WWR
products across the full range of reinforcement applications.
